Its official… the SPA Icon seat configurator is now live on our site! The much anticipated reclineable seat from Status Racing is almost in your hands. The SPA, named after the Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps in Belgium, is the venue of the Formula One Belgian Grand Prix and the Spa 24 Hours race. Originally a triangle shape, the course used public roads between the Belgian towns of Spa, Malmedy, and Stavelot. Not only is the SPA reclineable seat paying hommage with the name, we also have a special billet aluminum reclineable knob that will be included with the seat in a triangle shape (pictures coming soon).

Just finished up these awesome saddle leather Status Racing Ring GT seats. The leather seat as always features an embossed logo. These particular seats have color matched stitching and with the nice wide Ring GT, they are perfect for a a daily driver. In 2011 we did a similar setup in a Ferrari F430 that looked amazing! Check out the quality of these seats.




New for 2012 is the Ring GT-X from Status Racing. The Ring GT-X though looks the same at a glance, is different in many ways. The basic changes in this new seat is a combination of the Ring and Ring GT. The lower hip portion is the same size as the Ring GT for larger drivers but flared out on the thigh bolsters to accomondate even more space then the Ring GT. Our manufacturing facility in Washington just shot over these images of some seats they wrapped up just in time for Christmas. These seats are instock looking for a new home! We took the opportunity to take some pics of different Status Racing seats in this Porsche 997 Turbo. Featured is a kevlar Ring GT in red alcantara, Ring GT with carbon fiber back and red alcantara, as well as our new SPA reclineable in black alcantara with black and red alcantara inserts. Thought we would share some pics of the Status Racing manufacturing facility in Monroe, WA. We recently setup our new facility and equipment next to our parent company so we could focus on building our inventory of the Ring and Ring GT seat buckets. All of the Status Racing seats are proudly MADE in the USA which includes our FIA approved Ring FRP seat as well as the carbon fiber buckets. FIA approval is what signifies the difference between a quality safety seat and a generic product. Status Racing wanted to ensure that the drivers sitting in select Status products felt safe, so our engineering team went for the best certification you could get. On May 15, 2009, the Status Racing Ring (aka Laguna) seat in FRP was granted FIA approval in accordance to FIA 8855-1999 standard.
